Redemption City Open Jam, and, You’re Invited

Rio Grande Valley native, Jorge Saldívar aka George Keen, is returning to South Texas for Redemption City Open Jam (Blues/Country/Rock) proudly presented by Griminal Nation at McAllen’s 17th Street’s Recuerdos. You’re invited as George Keen, along with old and new friends, kick off the Thanksgiving holiday season with a classic open jam and everyone’s invited.

Jammers Are Welcome

A back-line and drums are provided for jammers; bring your guitars, pedals, snare and/or symbols. (amps are optional). Don’t jam? Come out and listen to some down home blues, country and rock-n-roll by the some of the most talented musicians in the Rio Grande Valley! Event time is 8PM ’til 12AM. No cover, but donations will be taken at the door to cover costs.

George Keen delivers both classic and modern blues with wailing guitar leads and soul. Formerly from The HardTimes Blues Band and The Leigh Holles Band, he’s performed and jammed with legendary, and, award-winning musicians from across Texas and the Mid-West, and, has opened for Grammy award-winning artists.

Join George Keen & The All Nighters at Trolley Stop Record Shop on April 16th for an all ages, free live music event from noon ’til 6:30pm! Also performing is Dylan Maddoux with Nervous Breakdown, The Hellhounds, and, The Revelators. There will also be food and drinks available–so tell your friends and help support live music in OKC.
